There are no words to express what a wonderful job and what heights of service Bdesigner Graphics achieved on my website. I know very little about what it takes to make a website great, but it was clear from day one I was in good hands.

My experience with Bdesigner Graphics has exceeded my expectations in every way. Their designs are top notch, their people are talented and enjoyable to work with, and their knowledge and quality of work are exceptional. Not only was their professionalism and attention to detail second to none, but, based on my experience, their genuine concern for me as a client is truly rare within the web based industry.

I was originally working with another web developer, who designed my site without compatibility to run on several of the major browsers, citing “too much work” as an excuse for the omission. Bdesigner Graphics quickly stepped in and resolved all the problems within 45 minutes that the other developer said were too difficult to accomplish. I was truly amazed and relieved at the professionalism and talent with which Bdesigner Graphics assisted me. Furthermore, when Bdesigner Graphics heard of all the struggles I was having with my previous web developer, they offered their time and some upgrades to my site at no additional cost. Their integrity and desire to see the success of their clients is no doubt an attribute not often seen in the business world today.

A simple ‘thank you’ does not cover the gratitude I have for Brandon and Bdesigner Graphics. I told them that I wanted a web site that would blow people away, and that is just what they did! I have rarely in my life experienced such great customer service. Normally you pay for services that never meet your expectations and frankly this is the norm in society. So you become a skeptic, and cautious about doing business with anyone.

I am delighted to state that this was not the case working with Brandon. He went way beyond my expectations in every area. He was thorough and fast and did everything I asked of him. He prides himself in his customer service and as a customer you have access to him any time you have a question or a problem.

All the above statements are great to say about a guy that did a tremendous job for you; however that is not the best part. Brandon is a tremendously talented person, very personable, and friendly. I consider him my friend. He helped make one of my dreams come true.

I began my website journey over two years ago. The first web designers I hired did not even come close to meeting my expectations. Their work was slow, and the end result was a very uninteresting website. This experience prompted me to research website design companies, which lead my to Brandon Bush. At that time he worked for a small yet prominent web design group.

Brandon was able to take my vision and turn it into a beautifully running site. We worked seamlessly together. During the conception of my second website, Brandon left his position at the firm where I met him. He had decided to open his own web design company “Bdesigner Graphic & Web Design”, I have been a loyal customer ever since.

It is not often that you find a designer that will go the extra mile to solve a problem, or come up with a fresh idea. To me the most important attribute of any working relationship, is accessibility. Brandon is always quick to answer his phone and email. A very important issue when you have a much-visited site.
