My experience with Bdesigner Graphics has exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only was their professionalism and attention to detail second to none, but, based on my experience, their genuine concern for me as a client is truly rare within the web based industry.

I was originally working with another web developer, who designed my site without compatibility to run on several of the major browsers, citing “too much work” as an excuse for the omission. Bdesigner Graphics quickly stepped in and resolved all the problems within 45 minutes that the other developer said were too difficult to accomplish. I was truly amazed and relieved at the professionalism and talent with which Bdesigner Graphics assisted me. Furthermore, when Bdesigner Graphics heard of all the struggles I was having with my previous web developer, they offered their time and some upgrades to my site at no additional cost. Their integrity and desire to see the success of their clients is no doubt an attribute not often seen in the business world today.

I have rarely in my life experienced such great customer service. Normally you pay for services that never meet your expectations and frankly this is the norm in society. So you become a skeptic, and cautious about doing business with anyone.

I am delighted to state that this was not the case working with Brandon. He went way beyond my expectations in every area. He was thorough and fast and did everything I asked of him. I began my website journey over two years ago. The first web designers I hired did not even come close to meeting my expectations.
